We have also created a Consumer Library which is an information resource centre for consumers to view, download or print important information about our company and products.

We strongly recommend that prior to purchasing a Stewart Title policy, you visit our Consumer Library and inform yourself about our products. 

Please also note that all of Stewart Title policies include a cancellation provision which allows consumers to cancel the policy and receive a refund of the premium (less a $50.00 administration fee) within 14 days of the Policy Date or the date that Policy is received by you (whichever is the later).
