As part of Stewart Title’s service provision we provide initial and on-going training and support to lenders and/or their panel solicitors on how to process a title insurance application. These training sessions are conducted in the lender or panel solicitor’s office and are coordinated directly with them to ensure it occurs at their convenience. The training sessions are conducted by a Team Leader from Stewart Title’s Customer Service Department and involves hands on practical training on how to complete a title insurance application. As part of the training session, all of those in attendance receive a handbook on how to use the system.

In addition to initial training for new lenders or panel solicitors, Stewart Title conducts annual refresher training sessions. This assists lenders and panel solicitors with managing their internal training requirements for new staff.
